injuries injuries and still injuries.. always prone to injuries.. ever since during sec sch life after becoming semi-pro sports player i have been accumulating injuries. frm ankles, to thigh, spine, back, wrist and even neck!
pple is accumulate wealth but for my case... is to accumulate injuries sia~ so far my ankles and my back r still injured. oh and for the first time both my knee are giving me probs.. k 1 more add to the injury list.
well well i shall start to train up my basics. right turning kick, left turning kick, slide in, slamming, backthrust. lets juz start by doing the right way of kicking and then followed up by accuracy. TIME IS RUNNING OUT!! meanwhile shan't neglect my double, triple, quad-ple. GOLD MEDAL HERE I COME!! NTU NUS TP U ALL DIE DIE DIE! =x =x =x
