my god.. do wadever it takes.. burn me. stab me. punch me. kick me. drown me. starve me. suffocate me. shoot me. juz bloody kill me! argh~ its juz so... torturing..

argh and my back is getting worse.. out of sudden sharp pain will occur.. damn it.. so is a sign tat i stop training asap? cherish this last competitive year..

i resist the temptation of alcohol. so proud of myself! 2weeks wifout touching it liao. open the fridge juz now n saw the LAST bottle of beer. but well thought a while.. better dun drink cox aint the mood to drink yet.. abstain frm alcohol! say NO to alcohol!
