training was bad.. my back is in a super bad shape.. god damn it! i cant do backthrust or double, triple.. not to mention backhook. meaning tat i cant do shit at all. but well i still insist on training n keep on doing kickings until i really buay tahan and jitao nua there liao~ hahaha.. gt 3 days to rest shall monitor my back. hope it will recover much by then and shall resume my kickings. gonna drill these kickings n get prepared for sparring after ICTO. last yr liao and seriously very lazy to train.. hahaha.. shall find a motivation.. i wan another gold to my collections!
